About Me

Every other year it is my turn to host our chapter of The Links, Inc. and every other year I search in vain for interesting and non-work-intensive menus for our club meeting. When I was a Professional Bridal Consultant, families used to ask me for menus for bridal showers, bridesmaids luncheon, family brunches, baby showers, and cake and punch wedding receptions, that the hostess could prepare on her own. I always came up with something nice, but it was hard. I decided to share what i have learned with you…to make it easy for you to find that menu for your event, or to put different pieces together to make your own.

Wife, mother, entrepreneur, former Professional Bridal Consultant, club woman, hostess…that’s what I do. I cook when I have to, or when I get into serious party hosting moods. I have been doing this for 25 years…I have learned a thing or two. I’ll share them. I hope you can use what I have learned so that you can enjoy your party as much as your friends will.
